DAC architecture´s vision is to create places for people that will inhabit them, places that will extend the ‘home’ concept from the mere walls that limit a house, to the outdoor built environment that allows interaction and play between members of the community. A place is inhabited by its members: if they love it, interact in it, populate it, the place will get a life of its own and will add unquantifiable value to the life quality in the area.
Responsible architecture is also architecture that considers the energy and resources. Our office holds a certification as a Passive House Designer from PHI in Darmstadt. This certification allows us to integrate the smart buildings principle from an early stage in the project to the built one
